My Career
Encouraged by my parents to prioritise education and faith, I completed college and began working for an airline. Over 28 years, I gained extensive experience in airline sales across five different airlines, honing my customer service and interpersonal skills.
I married my husband, and we were blessed with two sons, who have both excelled in their careers. In 2011, we moved to New Zealand for our sons' education. There, I discovered a passion for community work and helping others through my local church. Balancing a full-time job, motherhood, and part-time studies, I earned several qualifications in New Zealand and Australia.
And then things changed....
After completing my Diploma in Life Coaching, I began working as a freelance Life Coach, continuously adding qualifications to better serve my clients. My journey taught me the importance of self-development and the influence of one's environment. I believe in "Constant And Never-ending Improvement" (CANI) for a fulfilling and resourceful life. This journey enhances performance, confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth. For migrants, self-development shouldn't stop upon moving to a new country. Embracing opportunities in a new environment can lead to personal growth and success. I aim to change the narrative and provide a safe space for migrants to challenge themselves and achieve their highest potential.
My Philosophy
I believe that real change happens when we stop trying to become someone else and start working with who we already are.
You don't need to transform into a completely different person. You need to recognize that you already have what it takes - you just might need help seeing it and claiming the space to use it.
Here's what I've learned after years of coaching women: Some things genuinely can't be changed, no matter how much we want them to be different. Your workplace culture, your family dynamics, your past - these might be fixed realities. But what you can change is how you navigate these realities and how much space you're willing to take up within them.
I work with what's real, not what's ideal. If you're dealing with workplace politics, we don't pretend you can magically transform your office culture. Instead, we figure out how you can show up more confidently within that environment. If you're juggling family responsibilities that aren't going anywhere, we don't chase work-life balance fantasies - we find ways for you to honour your commitments while still making space for yourself.
Every woman is a leader - not because she's destined for the C-suite, but because she has the capacity to lead her own life with intention and confidence. Leadership isn't about having power over others; it's about refusing to shrink yourself to make others comfortable.
My role isn't to fix you because you're not broken. It's to help you see where you're giving away your power unnecessarily and support you in taking up the space you deserve - whether that's in your career, your relationships, or simply in your own mind.
We work together using practical, science-based approaches in a confidential environment where you can be honest about what's really going on, not what you think you should be achieving.
